This stoked individual will be naturally at home with people, surrounded by boards and surf history. A naturally hands-on person who wants to get in there and lead from the front line, but entrepreneurial enough to elevate out of the everyday to build a culture and lead a team of frothers.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our new ‘local’ at Brookvale who has the creativity and energy to help build a surf community hub with the Retail Manager- taking inspiration from where we’ve been, and where we’re going. This stoked individual will be naturally at home with people, great quality products, and surrounded by boards and surf history. They’ll understand the importance of creating a great customer service standard that builds trust and loyalty. A hands-on person that gets in there and leads with action- with the customer always at the centre - helping to create the atmosphere and the standard for Mctavish.

Photographer / Content Creator - Byron 
We're looking to work with a talented Photographer / Content Creator who is up for getting their hands dirty on a wide variety of projects; from surf photography and edits to eCom and everything in between. This stoked individual will be naturally at home with a camera and continue to push creative boundaries on surf and apparel shoots from everyday content to campaigns.
